What did everyone think of the new song?
I absolutely loved it. I think it went in the direction of their more classically (and Queen) influenced songs like United States of Eurasia, but this is definitely much, much better than USE.
The vocals, the instrumentation, even the lyrics I thought held their weight too. And the guitar solo is one of the best Matt’s ever...

my favorite part of any concert is probably when the crowd is singing along so loudly that the lead singer just stops for a minute and listens with a ridiculously happy grin on their face and you can tell that this is the greatest compliment they could ever receive: to have so many people responding so enthusiastically to their words and ideas.

Congrats to my lovely boyfriend and his amazing sister on winning the Open Youth Amateur American Rhythm Open to the World Championship at their ballroom dance competition! I know so little about ballroom dance, but I do know that they’re amazing at it.
